General Manager – Jeremiah LaDage

LaDage has been the General Manager at Egwani Farms since December 2014, but before joining up with Egwani Farms, LaDage spent 5 years in Nashville, TN. After graduating from Tennessee Tech University with a degree in Marketing, LaDage started working for a sports marketing firm in Nashville selling sponsorships to various sports venues. After building up some experience in the business world, LaDage decided to try out the golf industry, so he took a job as the Tournament Director at Forrest Crossing Golf Course in Nashville, TN. He quickly began to learn the golf industry from American Golf and learned that this was something he wanted to make as a career. After spending a few years at Forrest Crossing, LaDage was offered a position as the General Manager at King’s Creek Golf Club in Nashville, TN where he took this opportunity to learn more about the golf industry from another well known management group, Billy Casper Golf. After spending a couple of years with Billy Casper Golf, LaDage was given a fantastic opportunity to be a part of Egwani Farms, which would also bring him back home to Knoxville. Since being at Egwani Farms, he has been a part of a large course renovation and rebranding process. His goal was to get people excited again about Egwani Farms, and with the owner’s help, that is starting to become a success.

LaDage is originally from Knoxville, TN where he attended Webb School of Knoxville. He is currently the high school varsity golf coach for both the boys and girls team. When he isn’t at work, he loves spending time with his two beautiful boys (3 years and 6 years). LaDage is passionate about his work here at Egwani Farms, and is excited to be a part of such a special place.

Superintendent – Mike White

Egwani Farms was very fortunate to have Mike White join the team in the summer of 2016. Prior to joining the Egwani team, he was the superintendent at Kahite Golf Course for 16 years in Vonore, TN. White specializes in the planting of native grass, which was a staple point during his time at Kahite. Since joining up with Egwani Farms, he has been able to bring the same touches and detail to Egwani that he did at Kahite. His goal is to make something special here at Egwani by bringing detail and consistency to a course that is ready to take it to the next level.

Tournament Director – Blake Sowell

The Nashville native has been with the Egwani staff since February of 2015. Before joining up with Egwani Farms, Sowell was the Golf Professional at King’s Creek Golf Club in Nashville, TN. He spent 2 years under the tutelage of his boss, LaDage, learning the ends and outs of the golf industry. Prior to hooking up with LaDage at King’s Creek Golf Club, Sowell attended and graduated from Keiser Golf Management University in West Palm Beach, Florida. Now with Egwani Farms, Sowell has added to his portfolio by becoming the Tournament Director. Over the last several years, he has increased tournament play and continues to build strong relationships with all our events. Sowell has also developed into the Assistant General Manager as he takes on additional responsibilities aside from being the Tournament Director. With his work ethic and excellent customer service, Sowell has become a key part of the Egwani clubhouse.
